SUM VISUM™ / Company and engagement
From an initial need to evidence-based acceptance.
For each engagement, we agree the project lead, participating specialists, deliverables and review stages with the client.
Define the problem, audience, context, location and intended outcome. Identify the decision-maker, procurement constraints and information excluded from the initial enquiry.
Confirm owner, competence, availability, tools and authorizations. Decide to proceed, narrow the scope or decline. An intention to recruit is insufficient.
Specify deliverables, exclusions, timetable, quoted price, dependencies, intellectual property and acceptance criteria. Legally significant clauses require appropriate professional review.
Work only in authorized environments. Keep a record of decisions, changes and tests. Work outside scope requires an agreed change before execution.
Compare deliverables to agreed scenarios. Record results, defects, limitations and corrective actions; obtain the named client reviewer’s decision.
Transfer files, documentation and authorized access. Agree any maintenance or support separately; revoke temporary access and apply agreed retention arrangements.
Illustrative only — no client activity is represented.
The initial enquiry and preliminary scope discussion are not charged. Paid work begins under an accepted proposal or the applicable agreement.
Depending on the need: fixed-scope assignments, milestone-based projects, and occasional or ongoing professional support. Deliverables, responsibilities, terms and acceptance criteria are documented in writing.
